Hi, I’m Elisabeth. I’m a certified spiritual leader whose mission it is to strengthen and guide people to live in full authentic resonance from their hearts.
In the past, I always felt like I had to choose between many dichotomies—my corporate and spiritual self, being technical or creative, city or nature, and lastly yet importantly reality or magic. There couldn’t be unity between those different elements.

Then I learned, it’s only about being able to bring your true authentic self into every situation from personal to work life. Doing this ensures your life journey becomes enjoyable and resonates with your heart. It becomes a feeling of ‘this is what I know I was made to do’. It’s all already within you, it’s only about unlocking that personal soul mission (the first step of many) that allows you to share your authentic self widely. That’s what I now stand ready to help others achieve.

My goal is to help people find and live from their true essence. With guidance, everyone can experience authentic self-resonance, knowing their true heart mission. What does that mean and where does it come from exactly? It can vary. It can be stripping away perceptions, expectations, and conditioning you have created. It can be revelations that come from healing wounds, triggers, conditioning, and survival mechanisms encountered in your daily life. It is probably also a ‘coming home,’ a return to balance in mind and heart from healing the wounded masculine and feminine in us all.

MY JOURNEY: THIS SPANS MANY TECHNICAL AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS
In a field where gender diversity was sparse, especially at my all-girls school and later in my predominantly male-dominated technical school, I stood out. Yet I didn’t just survive in this environment; I thrived, moving on to achieve a Doctorate PDEng (a holistic approach to the Energy Transition recognising multidisciplinary professionals in engineering fields are one solution). My technical knowledge spans various disciplines, including SMART Cities, sustainability, buildings, mechanical, chemical, electrical, and architectural engineering. I believe in the power of cross-disciplinary learning and collaboration, a belief I put into practice by teaching different fields.

I FOUND SUCCESS BUT...
My career path led me to the IT field, where I have spent seven years at Shell. It was despite the gender imbalance, and in a very corporate environment, I felt comfortable, drawing strength from my family full of strong male figures. I almost overcompensated and took on roles that required me to be more confident and aggressive, a stark contrast to my naturally collaborative and nurturing demeanour. Yet, it is here that I also I found my ability to balance these traits, which made me an effective leader, especially in energy transition projects where understanding and listening to all stakeholders were crucial. Yes, I found success, but not necessarily the path to what I considered to be happiness.
MY REAL JOURNEY IS NOT JUST DEFINED BY MY TECHNICAL ACHIEVEMENTS
My spiritual quest has always, and continues to, run parallel providing a deeper layer to my identity. I have always sought a deeper meaning in life, exploring women's circles, meditation, yoga, and energy healing. This spiritual side blossomed as I travelled through some personal challenges, including a divorce, leading me to an understanding beyond the visible world and all the beliefs I’d had up until then.

My spiritual practices, including participating in vision quests and embracing nature's cycle, have been instrumental in my personal growth. These experiences, often in raw natural settings, have allowed me to reconnect with the earth and my authentic self. I believe in the healing power of nature and the profound insights that come from spiritual practices.
